Start Your Own Channel

1. Create it: /join #YourWorld
2. Register it: /msg ChanServ REGISTER #YourWorld Description
3. Add staff: /msg ChanServ AOP #YourWorld ADD Nick
4. Submit it to the directory: Submit a Channel
