Core Rules
To keep SorceryNet safe, useful, and welcoming for roleplay and gaming communities:
- No harassment: Treat other users, staff, and channel teams with respect.
- No spam: Avoid unsolicited advertising, flood, and mass private messages.
- Chat network only: SorceryNet is for conversation and community, not malware, botnets, or illegal activity.
- Follow server policy: Read the MOTD and follow staff guidance when needed.
Core Services
NickServ helps you register and protect your nickname. ChanServ helps you register channels, manage access, and keep channel settings in place.
Common commands:
- Register a nick:
/msg NickServ REGISTER <password> <email> - Identify after reconnecting:
/msg NickServ IDENTIFY <password> - Register a channel:
